About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced rehabilitation professional to join our team as a Senior ACC Rehabilitation Advisor. As a trusted partner within our health system, you will work collaboratively with injured employees, managers, and healthcare providers to facilitate successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex work injury claims, providing expert guidance to injured employees and managers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with employees, managers, and external providers.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate entitlements under the ACC framework.
  • Arrange and facilitate case conferences and claims reviews.
  • Ensure all claim management processes comply with relevant legislation.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services and processes.
