Sales and Performance:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets for your store. You will work collaboratively with the Store Management team to ensure all Media & Entertainment department activities meet compliance and legislative standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.

Job Responsibilities:
You will create and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, with a specific focus on the entertainment and media categories. Your role involves cross-training and developing sales team members on all aspects of Media & Entertainment department products and services. You will also maintain a high standard of pricing integrity across the department and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need at least two years of retail operations experience, with demonstrated experience overseeing or coordinating team activities. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Continuous improvement of skills and product knowledge through online platforms and development opportunities is essential.
