**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our network operations team in supporting the daily requirements for delivering Wired Network (LAN/WAN), Wireless Network, and Voice services to fulfill A\(STAR's Corporate and Scientific business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of network services and initiatives for A\(STAR
  • Ensure smooth and reliable network operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
  • Implement solutions in an enterprise network infrastructure and participate in network-related audit activities
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely completion and implementation of projects

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Network certification (CCNP/CCIE) is mandatory
  • At least 8 years of strong knowledge with hands-on experience in core network technologies such as routing & switching, wireless, and voice
  • Knowledge on LAN, WAN & Wireless, switching & routing technologies, MPLS, IPv6, Multicast, L3VPN, QoS, CoS/DSCP, DNS/DHCP, NAC is required
