**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Capability and Organisational Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading strategy formulation, outcome development, planning, reporting, and analytics.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to enhance current practices, improving performance management, talent management, succession planning, and critical role initiatives. You will also provide expert advice on our People and Culture priorities, identify organisational needs, and design impactful development programs that align with our business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement organisational development strategies that enhance our capabilities and support our strategic goals.
  • Provide expert advice on our People and Culture priorities, identify organisational needs, and design impactful development programs that align with our business strategy.
  • Lead a small team, oversee work, support, mentor, and develop team members.

**Requirements:**

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a Principal capability and organisational development capacity.
  • Proven experience in leading strategy formulation, outcome development, planning, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple components.
