Training Capability Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Training Capability Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, building trainers' capabilities, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organisational learning goals.
About the Role
The Senior Trainer will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of national and bespoke training initiatives, working closely with Directors, Managers, subject matter experts, and colleagues from the wider OD unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Build the capability of trainers through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective training initiatives.
- Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in adult education or relevant field.
- Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation, and coaching.
- Knowledge of best practice training design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in partnership with iwi and Tangata whenua.
