**Job Description:**
As a Clinical Child and Adolescent Specialist, you will join our multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive out-patient based services to children, adolescents, and their families. You will work alongside us to develop a service delivery model, have an area of special interest or seek an opportunity to get involved in research.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in clinical child and adolescent psychiatry
- An understanding of the complexities of child and adolescent mental health
- The ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- An appreciation for the importance of cultural competence in healthcare
