Job Description:
The Clinical Experience Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Clinical Experience Manager with clinical administration and coordination tasks for the Nursing programme at the Centre for Health and Social Practice.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include providing customer-focused administrative support, managing placement contracts and employment agreements, maintaining clinical passports, and ensuring timely completion of timesheets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, applicants must possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a clinical setting would be highly advantageous. Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications are essential, with experience in Sonia being desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence.
