We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator in the START (Supported Transfer and Accelerated Rehabilitation Team) program. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, assessing, planning, and delegating patient care using goal setting and rehabilitation principles.
