About the Team/Service/Location

The team works Monday to Friday, supporting all clinical and non-clinical staff within the service. This is an office-based role in Tauranga Hospital with travel within the district required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clinical and non-clinical staff within the service
  • Preparing rosters, access agreements, and contracts in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative coordination and support to the WCF service
  • Working closely with consultants to build relationships and provide direction

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Patient information systems and medical terminology knowledge
