The Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sustainability Reporting team as a Manager - Sustainability Reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data requests and evidence, ensuring timely approvals, and helping craft compelling narratives in high-quality reports.

You will play a key role in maintaining compliance and accuracy by implementing policies, keeping meticulous records, and overseeing verification processes for sustainability disclosures. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will enhance internal reporting data and support submissions to external ESG rating agencies, driving data integrity across the organisation.

This role requires someone who embodies Kiwibank's purpose and values, with a strong passion for sustainability, data literacy, and attention to detail. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that our sustainability reporting meets the highest standards of quality and transparency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage data requests and evidence for sustainability reports
  • Ensure timely approvals and implementation of sustainability policies
  • Craft compelling narratives in high-quality reports
  • Maintain compliance and accuracy through record-keeping and verification processes
