The team provides advice, guidance, and support across the ASB Business Banking, including to the Product & Pricing team, Brand and Marketing, and the Commercial, Rural, and Small Business distribution units.As a Compliance Manager, you will support the team in ensuring that we are meeting our responsibilities and requirements from a legal, industry, and internal governance perspective across Business Banking.
This is a Line 1 Risk role.You will be responsible for effective compliance advice, control development and testing, and the implementation of frameworks, policies, and processes, training, and reporting of adherence to appropriate compliance policies and procedures.
