Job Summary:
We are seeking a Community Health Navigator to join our Mana Ake Programme team. The successful candidate will work closely with the clinical team to deliver early intervention health and wellbeing guidance, support and services within primary and intermediate schools.
About the Role:
The Mana Ake programme is designed to deliver wellbeing support that is tailored to the needs of tamariki and whanau. The successful candidate will have experience working with community, tamariki, and whanau and will be able to build strong relationships with local communities, kura, and schools.
