**Job Summary**
We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our Community Forensic Mental Health Service, providing specialist support to individuals with mental health needs in the community.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services, promoting recovery and rehabilitation opportunities for service users.
**Key Responsibilities**
Provide occupational therapy services to service users in their homes and community settings
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized plans to promote independence and participation
Collaborate with other health agencies to foster community engagement and promote health promotion
Participate in group and individual sessions to support service users in achieving their goals
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
