Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS
  • DRIVING SALES GROWTH THROUGH THE FLAWLESS EXECUTION OF PROMOTIONAL PLANS
  • IDENTIFYING ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR RANGING AND DISPLAY
  • PROVIDING COACHING AND TRAINING TO OUR CUSTOMERS AS NEEDED
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF FMCG/GROCERY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY IN THE CONFECTIONERY CATEGORY
  • EXPERIENCE IN NZ'S FMCG/GROCERY INDUSTRY, WITH FIELD SALES AND/OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
  • A PASSION FOR SELLING AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
  • A HIGH LEVEL OF SELF-MOTIVATION AND THE ABILITY TO WORK AUTONOMOUSLY
