Territory Sales Manager Retail

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within your designated territory. Your key responsibilities will include executing sales cycle objectives, cultivating connections with outlets, and implementing account plans to drive growth.

Your day-to-day activities will involve regular meetings, reviews, and negotiations with customers to ensure satisfaction and deliver customer-focused service. You will be responsible for managing EOE and PICOS in all accounts, executing activations, meeting NPD speed-to-market targets, and handling promotional activities.

You will also focus on acquiring new customers, renewing existing outlet agreements, and driving the successful delivery of volume, value, and GDM targets. To succeed in this role, you will need proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, along with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
