Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate business activities such as planning, reporting, budgeting, workflows, information management, and maintaining registers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across and outside the government agency.
  • Provide targeted executive support to directors to enable them in their management and governance roles.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, high level of organisation, and confidence to use initiative.
  • A great communicator, both in person and in writing.
  • 3-5 years experience in coordination roles, preferably in the public sector.
