About the Opportunity
This is an excellent chance to join our team as a Business Development Manager and contribute to building an engaged, high-performing, and customer-focused Vero Central Region team.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving regional profitability and growth, managing new and existing intermediary relationships, and ensuring the region delivers the Vero value proposition effectively to customers.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality business relationships with our intermediary partners.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Focus on maximising sales revenue, profit, and growth from customers and markets.
- Foster strong relationships with intermediaries and key internal stakeholders.
- Apply Vero's underwriting strategies and guidelines to identify, create, and convert opportunities.
