About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join our team as a Business Development Manager and contribute to building an engaged, high-performing, and customer-focused Vero Central Region team.

Your main goal will be to maximise sustainable regional profitability and growth, manage new and existing intermediary relationships, and ensure the region delivers the Vero value proposition to customers efficiently.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high-quality business relationships with our intermediary partners.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Focus on driving sales revenue, profit, and growth from customers and markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply Vero's underwriting strategies and guidelines to identify, create, and convert opportunities.
