Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive workforce development strategies aligned with national frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure FVSV workforce training prioritises equity, inclusivity, and diverse needs.
  • Provide high-level advisory support on FVSV workforce development, influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks that ensure capability building programmes uphold best-practice safety measures and enhance accountability.
  • Influence system-wide approaches to holding people who use violence accountable through workforce capability interventions.
