Your Role
As our Industrial Excellence Trainer, you will play a key leadership role in driving a strong safety culture, enhancing training programs, and ensuring compliance across our Hamilton site. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on workplace safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a safety champion: Lead safety initiatives and support our Zero Harm goals.
- Drive compliance & best practices: Develop and improve Occupational health and safety (OH&S) and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) systems, policies, and risk assessments.
- Analyze & improve safety performance: Monitor incident trends, conduct root cause analyses, and implement solutions.

What We're Looking For
We need a proactive, passionate leader who can inspire and drive change. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong commitment to workplace safety – Safety is at the core of everything we do.
- 5+ years of experience in a comparable industry or similar role.
- Exceptional communication & leadership skills – The ability to engage, train, and motivate teams at all levels.
