We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our health and safety management system, promote a culture of safety within our organization, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of regional health and safety strategies and policies
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and hazards
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and sub-contractors on health and safety matters
• Analyze and report on regional incident data to inform business decisions

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• An in-depth understanding of health and safety management systems, risk assessment processes, and legal requirements
• Proven experience in establishing working relationships, promoting, and advising on health and safety issues with project teams and sub-contractors
• A minimum of five years' health and safety management experience in the construction sector or equivalent operational leadership experience
