About Frontline

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the provision of our services. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the care they require.

  • This includes overseeing the delivery of integrated support services and contracts, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a highly skilled team of mental health professionals and support workers.
  • In addition, this role involves ensuring all services and work environments align with health and safety regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership or service delivery management within mental health or community support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management & Leadership: Lead the delivery of integrated support services and contracts, ensuring high standards of care and operational efficiency.
  • Workforce Development: Recruit, develop, and retain a highly skilled team of mental health professionals and support workers.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all services and work environments align with health and safety regulations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to organisational initiatives, participating in forums such as Key Event Review, Medication Review, and Smoking Cessation programmes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or service delivery management role within mental health or community support services.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a balance of team support and deliverable outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of mental health, complex support needs, and community-based care models.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
