About the Role
We are seeking an empathetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Caregiving Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential through practical and emotional support.
- Meal preparation and home management
- Assistance with personal cares such as showering and toileting
- Accompanying clients on community outings and promoting social integration
- Giving medication under supervision
Your Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate between $23.38 and $29.10, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to our learning and development framework, which provides opportunities for professional growth and NZQA certification.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to help others, and previous experience in healthcare or caregiving (although not essential). A full New Zealand driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
