Skills and Qualifications


To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help others. Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is desirable but not essential. You must hold a full New Zealand driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.

We provide a competitive hourly rate between $23.38 and $29.10, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to our learning and development framework, which provides opportunities for professional growth and NZQA certification.
