Job Description

The Enterprise Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading our clients through the onboarding journey of HSI Donesafe solutions from project initiation through to support. This position requires EHSI awareness, technical proficiency, and client engagement skills to facilitate successful deployments that deliver demonstrable value to our customers.

This specialist is responsible for:

  • Client Onboarding: Conducting onboarding sessions with new customers to provide them with a comprehensive understanding and guidance through the implementation process.
  • Needs Assessment: Conducting workshops to elicit, understand, and clearly define the customer's specific requirements in alignment with the agreed scope of work.
  • Project Management: Working independently to manage a project from start to finish, tracking progress, ensuring on-time updates, and delivering within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborating as part of a team under project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Configuration: Completing HSI Donesafe Software Solutions' technical design documentation and configuration based on the customer's specific requirements.
  • Data Migration: Assisting clients in mapping data to migrate from legacy systems to HSI Donesafe solutions.
  • Training & Documentation: Facilitating training sessions and creating user documentation to assist with a successful transition for customer administrators and end users.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting internal and client-facing tests to ensure the HSI Donesafe Solution meets high-quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Go-Live Support: Providing support during the go-live phase, facilitating the handover to the support process, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the client's operations.
  • Risk Management: Actively identifying project risks, assessing their impact, and communicating them promptly to the project manager or relevant stakeholders. Collaborating on mitigation strategies and reviewing the risk log with project managers.
  • Post-Go Live Support: After finishing the project, providing handover deliverables to Support and Customer Services Teams. Assisting with resolving technical queries to facilitate seamless post-implementation support.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, EHS&I, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEI Management, Business Analysis, workflow systems, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership skills working with high-performance, fast-paced teams.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
