About the Role

The Patient at Risk (PaR) team is seeking a dedicated and experienced paediatric nurse to join their ranks as a Nurse Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement, working part-time in PaR and part-time in another acute setting. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting ward teams in managing deteriorating patients, utilizing the PaR model to proactively respond to changing patient needs.

About You

We are looking for registered nurses with a minimum of 5 years' clinical practice in an acute care setting, preferably at an advanced level. Your expertise in expert clinical skill, promotion of best practice, complex problem-solving, collaboration, and education will enable you to thrive in this role. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations are essential for success in this position.
