About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced paediatric clinical nurse specialists as a Paediatric Clinical Expert. You will have the chance to work in a community setting, providing specialist nursing care to families with complex health needs.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing advanced nursing practice in an interdisciplinary setting
  2. Visiting patients in their homes to provide specialist nursing care within a case management model
  3. Supporting a variety of paediatric health areas, including acute, chronic, and complex medical cares, neonatal care, and wound management
  4. Working autonomously, advocating, consulting, and collaborating with families to ensure effective care
