About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Children's Community Nurse Specialist in our Waitematadhb team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide advanced nursing practice to promote safety, independence, and self-care for whanau who have pepi/tamariki with complex health needs in the home.
Key Features of the Role
- Work within a locality model to maintain consistency for families and support local knowledge of areas.
- Have a shared border in Kaukapakapa with our north-based team, with whom we have close working relationships.
- Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your work, as part of a small but supportive team of paediatric clinical nurse specialists.
