This role involves working part-time in PaR and part-time in another acute setting, with the primary focus on proactively responding to deteriorating patients and providing a clear escalation pathway and response. As a key member of the ward teams, you will play a crucial role in managing children at risk of deterioration throughout Starship Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' clinical practice in an acute care setting post-registration, some of which should be at an advanced level. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate challenging situations, and have a strong commitment to delivering whānau-centered care.
