**Overview**

The Finance Officer role at Randstad New Zealand involves managing various aspects of our company's financial operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Purchasing Card & Cash Expense: Administer the purchasing card and cash expense function according to policy
  3. Accounts Receivable: Manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections
  4. Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  5. General Ledger Accounts: Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
  6. Month-End and Year-End Reporting: Complete month-end and year-end accounting and reporting tasks

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience working in high-volume environments is advantageous.
