We are seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our team at Mt Hutt. As a key member of our culinary crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of menu items and ski area cuisine, adhering to company recipes and Head Chef instructions to ensure consistency.

About The Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt. As a Culinary Team Member, you will be part of a close-knit team that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of menu items and ski area cuisine
  • Maintenance of a clean and tidy section and kitchen
  • Good communication with other kitchen team members and FOH team
