About the Role
We are seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team at Mt Hutt. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items while adhering to food hygiene practices and health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items and ski area cuisine to company recipes and Head Chef instructions
- Maintain accurate stock control and plan for variances in trading
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maintain a clean and tidy section and kitchen
- Complete tasks and record keeping required by the Food Control Plan

Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial or high-volume kitchen is essential
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of personal presentation and hygiene
