The Role:

As a Registered Nurse Home Manager, you will oversee the running of the home, managing our colleagues so they can perform their roles safely and effectively. You will be responsible for making strategic decisions about the future and growth of the home, as well as leading specific projects or clinical areas.

You will also provide on-call support out of hours and have the flexibility to cover nursing shortages as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
  • Manage our colleagues to ensure safe and effective performance
  • Make strategic decisions about the future and growth of the home
  • Lead specific projects or clinical areas
  • Provide on-call support out of hours

Requirements:
