As the Title IX Coordinator Lead, you will develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures related to Title IX and Nondiscrimination compliance. You will oversee university bias and discrimination grievances from students, convene key campus partners, and ensure equitable institutional responses.
A thorough and impartial investigator, you will conduct investigations into complaints of sex-based discrimination, harassment, or violence, gathering evidence, interviewing parties involved, and making findings based on the investigation. You will provide training and programs to students, faculty, and staff to raise awareness about Title IX rights and responsibilities.
You will maintain accurate records of Title IX complaints, investigations, and resolutions, submitting reports to regulatory agencies as necessary. You will collaborate with other campus offices and departments, such as human resources, legal counsel, and campus safety, to ensure a coordinated response to Title IX matters.
