About the Job

This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in clinical immunology and immunopathology. You will be responsible for diagnosing and managing allergic diseases, autoimmune conditions, and primary immunodeficiencies. Additionally, you will support the development of laboratory diagnostic services, contribute to teaching and research initiatives, and participate in quality assurance and clinical governance activities.

The ideal candidate will possess Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (or equivalent), as well as registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Laboratory experience in immunology at a senior level and a current Annual Practicing Certificate and medical indemnity insurance are also essential requirements.
