About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at EMS Healthcare. As a research nurse, you will be responsible for managing clinics within a research team on Community Research Units. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful recruitment and delivery of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage clinics within a research team on Community Research Units
• Conduct trial activities, including facilitating recruitment, sample collection, data entry, and providing clinical support as required
• Work alongside established clinical teams, researchers, research nurses, and administrators to facilitate the delivery of clinical trials
• Ensure clinical and regulatory compliance, and that each participant journey and their individual experience is to the highest standard

Requirements
• NMC Registration
• Continued CPD
• Previous research nursing experience
• Knowledge of research methodology
• Significant post-registration clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/oral)
• Ability to work accurately and methodically with excellent attention to detail
• Team player, while possessing the ability to work independently
• Well organised and able to plan own workload
• Good IT skills and proficient in MS Office Software
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Right to live and work in the UK
