Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan and schedule work for Citycare Water Auckland to meet both contractual requirements and productivity targets.
  • Work as part of a small team of schedulers within the wider support team to optimize efficiencies such as minimising staff travel time and downtime, increasing productivity, and managing any disruptions or job prerequisites.
  • Estimate appropriate job durations for work orders and assign work to the appropriate staff members.
