**Job Description:** As a Chat Support Associate at First American Financial, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and effective customer support via chat.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues in the company's database.
Ensure that all communication is documented clearly for internal review.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to process improvements.
- **Feedback Contribution:** Gather and share customer feedback to assist in improving service delivery and product offerings.
Participate in team meetings to discuss common issues and share best practices.

**Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or remote support role.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat support software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
