- **Issue Resolution:** - Assist customers in resolving their issues by employing strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employing excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback on customer interactions to enhance service quality.
- **Reporting and Feedback:** - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Compile and report customer feedback to management to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- **Team Collaboration:** - Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and training materials.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights that may enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:** - **Educational Background:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- **Experience:** - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Familiarity with live chat platforms and online communication methods.
