Engage in meaningful high-quality scientific discussions and stay at the forefront of cutting-edge oncology research to gather insights on disease management and treatment trends.Strategy Development: Contribute to customer strategy and overall brand strategy development by providing scientific expertise.
Develop medical plans to deliver on strategic imperatives.Medical Plan Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute tailored engagement strategies.
Lead initiatives like educational programs, research discussions, and scientific outreach that focus on improving patient outcomes and advancing oncology care.Qualifications:Education/Experience: Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent), or significant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field.
Prior oncology experience is highly desirable.Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present complex scientific information clearly.
In-depth knowledge of oncology, clinical trial processes, and healthcare industry trends.Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across teams, share insights, and deliver against strategic objectives to improve patient outcomes.Additional Information:This role requires approximately 75% time in the field with frequent travel (5-8 trips per month) to meet with key stakeholders, including overnight stays.
