I&C Billing Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced I&C Billing Operations Specialist to drive sustainable and operational change in our billing processes. The role involves working closely with all departments in the business, collaborating with senior management, and supporting the maintenance and smooth running of billing systems.

This position requires strong analytical skills, effective decision-making, and first-rate communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in dealing with DC/DC/MOP & DNO is desirable. Exposure to industry data flows with a good understanding of industry interaction is also beneficial.
