Join FDB and help create the next vaccine, cure, or gene therapy in partnership with some of the most innovative biopharma companies across the globe.Job DescriptionEssential Functions:Accurately receive, pick and issue material in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational needsPerform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory systemComply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulationsEnsure all finished good stock creations are accurately received, stored, and documentedCreate and troubleshoot Transfer Order and Material Request processesPerform and record cycle counting and inventory audits, as requiredTrain Materials Management personnel on equipment and warehouse processes and proceduresReview standard operating procedures as required to maintain compliance for the cGMP warehouse and its operationsRequired Skills & Abilities:Good communication skillsStrong organizational skillsDetail oriented and accurateAbility to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervisionKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Possess Valid class 3 driving licenseWorking Conditions & Physical Requirements:Must be able to work weekends, off-shifts, overtime, and a rotating on-call schedule, as requiredHandle and work with hazardous materials and chemicals per OSHA guidelinesExperience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretchingUse hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipmentLift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 60 pounds with assistanceWork in cold temperaturesOperate manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipmentWork in high placesAttendance is mandatoryMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma with at least (4) four years of work experience, with(2) two years of relevant warehouse experience, and(1) one year of cGMP or regulated warehouse experience, andWorking knowledge of ERP application softwarePreferred Qualifications:Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environmentPSA forklift license
