We are looking for an experienced leader to drive operational workflow management, optimise radiologist and clinic operations, and enhance service delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with radiologists, clinic managers, and senior leadership to ensure efficient workflow management and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Influence: Work closely with medical professionals, including radiologists, to drive operational excellence and optimise workflows.
- Strategic Workflow Management: Lead the coordination of radiologist workloads and ensure real-time adjustments to maintain high service standards and productivity.
- Process Improvement & Change Management: Identify strategies to enhance operational workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
