Your clinical, business, commercial and health experience will drive you to constantly excel in your role.
Working collaboratively with the Clinical Coordinator and Area Manager, you will motivate and engage your team members to consistently provide high standard quality care to residents with a strong focus on quality of life and independence.
Within this site you will be overseeing rest home, hospital and secure dementia levels of care.
Be accountable for continually improving the quality of this facility by safeguarding high standards of care.
