At Home Instead Australia, we provide high-quality, relationship-based care to seniors in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing personal care and companionship. You will also assist with household tasks, including meal preparation, and help transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

$25.54–$31 per hour (based on experience and certifications), higher rates on weekends
No prior experience is necessary; we value your unique skills and qualifications.
You will make a real difference in the lives of older Australians through 1:1 relationship-based care.
Work at your own pace, spending a minimum of 2 hours per visit, because to us, it's personal.
We hire locally to match you with clients in your area.
Your Role Will Include:
- Personal care and companionship.
- Household tasks, including meal preparation.
- Medication reminders.
- Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
What You'll Bring:
- A caring attitude, patience, and a desire to improve the lives of seniors and their families.
- A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong English skills; speaking languages other than English is a plus.
- A valid Full Australian Driver License, reliable car with insurance, and current WOF.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and the ability to pass a police check.
