• University graduate or above, preferably in marketing or business administration.
• At least 7 years of experience in Modern Trade KAM in Singapore is a must.
• Multinational FMCG exposure preferred.
• Solid track record in channel business management and development.
• Strong data analytical skills and insights orientation.
• Experience in working with regional cross-functional teams and multi-markets of different cultures.
• Ability to engage and influence others – internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound attention for details without losing focus on the big picture.
