Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Legal Executive to join our team as a key member in commercial transactions and conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in property law and commercial transactions, including subdivisions, shareholder documentation, refinancing agreements, and leasing.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and residential transactions, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, providing expert advice on property law and commercial transactions, collaborating with clients, conducting research, and overseeing the end-to-end management of conveyancing transactions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced private practice environment, with a strong emphasis on commercial property matters. You will also have a proven track record of handling commercial transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. NZILE registration is preferred but not required.
