The opportunity is morning shifts 5:30am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday Reporting to the Production Manager , your key focus will be managing production and production staff to maximise production efficiencies and minimise downtime in accordance with the production schedule.
You will concentrate on: accurate recording of production data Ensuring that accurate documentation of all production is completed by all staff on your shift Ensuring that the correct coverage of raw materials and packaging is on hand to meet the production plan Train mill staff on your shift as and when required including signing off SOP / SWP's Ensure that your staff are maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of equipment, vehicles and entire site Co-ordinate with the Production Manager and maintenance engineer regarding scheduled routine maintenance Mohou ake | About you We're looking for someone who a self-starter, proven people leader with mechanical aptitude.
