We have two permanent, Wellington-based opportunities, supporting MFAT's Americas and Asia Group.
The key purpose of the Team Administrator role is to provide a broad range of administrative support for the office of the Americas and Asia Group, including business administration and corporate services such as financial administration, information and database management, correspondence and travel, diary management, meeting and event coordination, and assisting the transfers team on a regular basis.
What does success look like as our Team Administrator?
You would: Have a strong customer focus.Be technologically adept and confident using the MS Office suite.Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Be a natural planner and organiser with the ability to self-manage and use initiative.Be flexible and able to adapt quickly in a reactive environment.This role is a band 12 position with a starting salary range of $57,656 - $64,062.
