Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for day-to-day financial administration working directly with and assisting the Hotel Financial Controller.
The role will suit an experienced finance administrator.The successful candidate will be a practical, self-motivated, highly organised individual who will take initiative in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.About The RoleThis role is a fixed term opportunity for a minimum period of 6 months until the end of September 2025, while new accounting software is installed.
The work will preferably be completed over either 4 or 5 days.Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Complete daily bank reconciliations.Preparing and checking daily flash reports.Preparing weekly combined flash reports.Preparing weekly payroll reports.Preparing combined weekly payroll reports.Monthly balance sheet reconciliation.Preparing manager credit card reimbursements.What We're Looking ForWell-grounded accounts experience, particularly accounts payable.Strong computer literacy, including Excel, and experience with large finance systems.Highly organized and able to work under pressure.Excellent administration skills.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.This is a role that would suit someone who has the knowledge, skills and experience but is looking for a change where they can be part of a team offering plenty of variety.
